PROJECT SITE LOCATION

Expertly evaluate feasibility of new project site location, with competitive analysis and definition of optimal product branding.

FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY

Conduct financial feasibility studies for new, renovated, redesigned or rebranded properties, including economic viability, revenue projection and return on investment.

MASTER PLAN

Create comprehensive Master Plan with concept and design brief; area program and space allocations; architectural components; engineering applications and construction milestones.

CONSULTANTS

Recommend, source and secure specialized consultants for ID (interior design) and engineering, technology, procurement, landscaping, etc.

DESIGN GUIDELINES AND CHECKLISTS

Set design guidelines and checklists for public areas and back of house, including MEP (mechanical/electrical/plumbing), OS & E (operating supplies and equipment), energy management systems and LEED application standards.

MOCK-UP ROOM

Supervise and closely monitor concept to detailed design, build and approval of mock-up room prototype.

FINAL VALIDATION OF CONCEPTS

Guide final validation of concepts from construction, financial and operational perspectives, e.g. review and approval of layouts and renderings.

PROJECT COORDINATION

Provide project coordination according to construction and pre-opening services critical path, assist in value engineering during construction phase and coordinate meetings with all consultants and owner.

HANDOVER

Conduct handover of final product with testing of installations and equipment, defect corrections, screening and trial.

  • Conduct comprehensive organizational structure and administrative systems assessment to evaluate efficiency and identify areas and solutions for improvement.
