Recommend software and hardware systems to monitor and control income and expenses, as well as reservation and guest history data bases.

Develop profile and recruit restaurant leader/manager who will ensure unified high quality service delivery and repeat guest loyalty.

Offer “mystery shopping” service for objective feedback on concept, quality, atmosphere, service and pricing in line with customer and market expectations.  Prescribe solutions to overcome shortfalls.

Develop exciting marketing campaigns to create awareness, interest and excitement.

Act as owner’s representative to manage tasks, negotiations, supplier and contractor relationships, and perform as an experienced asset manager.
